They are a Popular Convenience/Amusement Store Event! Where you pay for a ticket and try and win the top prize 'Ichiban Kuji' is a popular lottery prize series that is held at participating convenience stores and specialty shops.
The exclusive prizes are typically based on well-known games and anime, and many can be also found here in the shop. You can buy the top prizes if you wanted to and they are rarer to find than most figures on the market. Other prizes consist of Keychains, Hand towels, Shikishi art boards, Cups/Mugs, Small figures, Standee's and Stationary.
