What is your returns/refund policy?

We only accept returns if your item is faulty on arrival or unopened and we will try our best to replace or offer a refund. So please bare this in mind when purchasing, and you have a 14 day period to return any unwanted items back to us.

Do you ship internationally?

We have currently paused shipping to EU Zones, whilst we await further clarification on upcoming legislation changes.Please either email us on leannesanime1471@gmail.com or give us a message on facebook to arrange shipping to your country.

How much is postage?

FREE Postage on all U.K orders £60 and over!

Royal Mail - Tracked 24-48 £4.35

Royal Mail - Special Delivery 1st Class - Signed for £8.00

For International orders (With the exception of EU Zones) please contact us on leannesanime1471@gmail.com or give us a message on facebook as prices vary dependant on country.

How/When do you ship?

We ship all orders via Royal Mail fully tracked and allow a choice at checkout with an option to choose Special Delivery. Free shipping is provided for orders over £60, tracked with Royal Mail 24 or 48.

Please be aware if we are at a convention packages can be delayed, but rest assured your items will be packed and shipped when we return as soon as possible.

You can check where we are and at which show we are attending on the events page or social media.

We aim to have all parcels out within 48hrs of purchasing if ordered before Friday, otherwise they will be sent on the Monday. This is due to us attending shows.
