Kenpachi Zaraki is the current Captain of the 11th Division in the Gotei 13. Despite Zaraki’s overwhelming Soul energy, he was unable to gain his Shikai and Bankai form for the longest time, even though he is a captain of one of the divisions in Gotei 13.
